You will assist the Property Manager with inspections, compliance, budgeting support, notices, and meeting minutes, while ensuring exceptional resident service and adherence to state condo

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in condominium property management.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with daily operations of the condominium association.
• Respond to homeowner inquiries and provide excellent resident service.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on work orders.
• Conduct routine property inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance.
• Assist with vendor management, scheduling, and contractor coordination.
• Prepare notices, correspondence, and resident communications.
