Ashley Furniture is seeking a licensed HVAC Technician with 5 years of commercial experience to join our maintenance team. You will install, repair, and service HVAC systems across facilities, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety and EPA refrigerant regulations.

Strong troubleshooting skills and a high school diploma are required. Responsibilities include maintaining CMMS records, interpreting schematics, and coordinating with BAS and building automation systems.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HVAC experience in commercial or industrial settings.
• Strong electro-mechanical skills with troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to properly use hand tools and test equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC systems per specs and codes.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures in HVAC equipment and perform repairs.
• Execute preventive maintenance plant-wide with inspections and lubrication.
• Maintain maintenance records in CMMS and ensure systems operate within specs.
• Read electrical schematics and troubleshoot control components.
• Work with BAS and digital controls including thermostats and VFDs.
• Service refrigeration systems while complying with EPA refrigerant rules.
• Assess equipment and order parts; maintain inventory.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance per OSHA and EPA standards.
