Ashley Furniture Industries in Wisconsin is seeking a Licensed HVAC Technician to join our Manufacturing Maintenance team. The role entails installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems across the facility while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Licensed HVAC Technician

The job of Facilities HVAC Technician is to install, repair, maintain, and upgrade HVAC systems and equipment plant‑wide. This individual will also identify repairs and/or replacement needs, assist others as required, and provide information on the proper use of equipment, ensuring adequate materials are available to complete a job in a timely manner.

What Do You Need?

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in industrial electrical (Preferred)
• HVAC experience
• Freon License Required
• Proven electro/mechanical skills
• Proficient use of hand tools and test equipment in a safe manner and following all OSHA regulations
• Knowledge of power distribution, lighting, control, and equipment to determine cause of electrical failures
