Job summary

Ashley Furniture is seeking a Licensed HVAC Technician to install, repair, maintain, and upgrade HVAC systems across the plant. The role includes diagnosing electrical issues, using test equipment, and ensuring safe, compliant operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of industrial electrical experience, HVAC expertise, a Freon license, and strong electro/mechanical skills. OSHA compliance and safe tool use are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in industrial electrical.
• HVAC experience.
• Freon License Required.
• Proven electro/mechanical skills.
• Properly use hand tools and test equipment in a safe manner and follow all OSHA regulations.
• Requires knowledge of power distribution, lighting, control and equipment to determine cause of electrical failure.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, maintain, and upgrade HVAC systems and equipment plant wide.
• Identify repairs and/or replacement needs.
• Assist others by providing information on the proper uses of equipment.
• Ensure adequate materials are available to complete a job in a timely manner.
