Ashley Furniture is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our facility operating and address issues before they worsen. You will perform a wide range of repair tasks around the facility, including HVAC maintenance, safety inspections, and occasional fabrication or plumbing work.

The role requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment. Great communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years maintenance experience.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
• Interpersonal abilities and teamwork.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Familiarity with document management systems.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Maintain confidentiality in handling information.

Responsabilidades

• Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage
• Maintaining HVAC equipment to ensure climate control
• Applying preventative measures to reduce future problems
• Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
• Fabrication, welding, electrical, plumbing
• Understanding recycling principles
• Operate various PIV sit-down center Ryder
• Demonstrate Ashley Furniture’s Core and Growth Values
• Follow all OSHA and company safety rules
• Actively participate in departmental meetings and training
• Assist with training other employees and provide backup
• Complete other assignments and special projects as requested
