Qualifications

• Active Colorado real estate license required.
• Newly licensed agents are welcome.
• No transaction minimum required.
• Open to coaching, feedback and proven systems.
• Self-motivated and comfortable operating as a 1099 independent contractor.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with prospective buyers and sellers and help them move toward a real estate decision
• Respond promptly and professionally to assigned opportunities
• Conduct buyer consultations, property showings and listing appointments
• Prepare and negotiate offers, contracts and other transaction documents
• Guide clients through the buying and selling process from first conversation through closing
• Maintain consistent follow-up and accurate client information in the CRM
• Work team-generated opportunities while developing personal sphere and referral business
• Participate in available coaching, training, scripts and skill-development resources
• Work with transaction coordination, marketing, showing, listing and administrative support to provide a strong client experience
