Candidates should have a Master’s Degree in a relevant field and at least one year of professional experience in adult mental health. The position offers benefits including 401(k) retirement plans and medical insurance after 60 days.

Qualificações

• Minimum one year of professional adult mental-health work experience.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance coverage, and reliable transportation.
• Pass criminal background check and other regulatory checks.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise CST team members to ensure delivery of best and ethical practices.
• Direct day-to-day operations of the CST team, including staff scheduling.
• Provide individual therapy to clients served by the team.

Conhecimentos

Proficient computer skills (Microsoft 365, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)

Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Formação académica

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or related field

Associate licensed professional (e.g., LPA, LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LMFT, LMFTA)
