Job Overview

Position: Clinical Support Team Supervisor (Full‑time, Day Shift). Location: Asheville, NC (Hendersonville, Asheville and surrounding areas). Travel: up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CST team members to ensure delivery of best and ethical practices.
• Direct day‑to‑day operations of the CST team, including staff scheduling to assure coverage.
• Provide individual therapy to clients served by the team.
• Implement behavioral interventions (modeling, behavior modification, behavior rehearsal, etc.).

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or related field.
• Associate licensed professional (provisional license) such as LPA, LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LMFT, LMFTA.
• Minimum one year of professional adult mental‑health work experience.
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft 365, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance coverage, and reliable transportation.
• Pass criminal background check and other regulatory checks.
• Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
