Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc (BHN) is seeking a Licensed Clinician to provide evidence-based counseling and case management for clients receiving MOUD in Western Massachusetts. You will work with physicians, nurses, recovery coaches, and other professionals to develop individualized treatment plans that support long-term recovery and wellness.

The role emphasizes collaboration, trauma-informed care, and recovery-oriented practices within a well-established behavioral health organization

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Current Massachusetts licensure as LICSW, LMHC, LADC I, or license-eligible and pursuing independent licensure.
• Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed, person-centered, recovery-oriented care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling using evidence-based practices.
• Complete timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions.
• Collaborate with medical providers, nursing staff, recovery coaches, and community partners to coordinate care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and utilization reviews.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed.
• Educate individuals and families on addiction, recovery, and resources.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, accreditation, and organizational standards, including confidentiality.
