Job summary

Community Solutions Inc. in Plainville, CT is seeking a licensed Clinician to provide individual, family, and group therapy at the Lisa's House Program.

You will screen, assess, and support residents' mental health recovery, collaborating with program leaders to implement treatment plans and discharge planning with families and community partners. The role emphasizes strengths-based, trauma-informed, gender-responsive, and culturally competent care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy required.
• Licensed/Associate Licensure eligibility (LMSW, LMFTA, LPCA) required or eligible.
• Trauma-treatment knowledge preferred; DBT certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using data systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of a therapeutic milieu and provide therapy (individual, family, group).
• Manage caseload of 4-5 girls, handle intake, screening and assessment, DBT, and discharge planning.
• Provide medications education in coordination with Psychiatrist/APRN.
• Collaborate with leadership, families, schools, and social workers; ensure documentation meets standards.
