We are seeking a dedicated Clinician to join our team at our Lisa's House Program in Plainville, CT. As a Clinician, you will be responsible for the screening, assessment, individual, family, and group therapy to support the resident's mental health recovery and stability. You will work collaboratively with program leadership to establish a program culture that actively supports the residents in achieving goals set forth in their individualized treatment plans. The Clinician regularly collaborates with the program and agency leadership team, families, schools, DCF Social Workers, Probation Officers, and others as appropriate. The Clinician will engage with Case Managers to develop and facilitate discharge planning, and work collaboratively with community supports to ensure successful community reengagement. The selected candidate will ensure that the tenets of strengths-based, relational, trauma-informed, gender responsive and culturally competent approaches are maintained within the program and services offered, and will perform all related duties assigned by the Program Director.
