Job summary

Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) is seeking a Licensed Clinician for the Lisa's House Program in Plainville, CT. You will screen, assess, and provide individual, family, and group therapy to support residents’ mental health recovery and stability.

Collaborating with leadership, you will ensure trauma-informed, strengths-based care while coordinating with families, schools, and community supports to promote successful reengagement and plan development for discharge and continued progress.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, and/or Marriage and Family Therapy required, with experience working with adolescent females.
• Licensed/Associate Licensure eligibility (LMSW, LMFTA, LPCA) desired.
• Proficiency with confidential documentation and relevant health/DCF/Medicare standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead therapeutic milieu development and provide individual, family and group therapy.
• Collaborate with program leadership, families, schools, and agencies to support residents.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and discharge planning.
