Job summary

AOC Outreach Services in Texas is seeking a Contracted Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to provide and supervise mental health services for children and adults. The clinician writes scripts for QMHP-CS and supervises QMHP staff to ensure services align with best practices and program guidelines.

The role emphasizes supervision of QMHP groups, timely documentation, and coordination with the Clinical Director and Operations.

Qualifications

• Active Texas license to practice independently (LMFT/LPC/LCSW).
• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records and community resources.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QMHP groups and complete supervision forms within 48 hours.
• Review and approve QMHP documentation (CANS, ISP, quarterly forms).
• Coordinate weekly supervision notes and calendars; communicate with Clinical Director.
• Attend monthly clinician overview meetings and ensure timely documentation.
