Job summary

Family-Health-Care-Centers-of-Greater-Los-Angeles, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Health Practitioner/LCSW to develop and deliver mental health services in a community clinic setting, including psychosocial assessment, diagnostic services, individual and group therapy, and case management.

The role serves largely Spanish-speaking, low-income immigrant adults and children, requires an LCSW license, bilingual English/Spanish, and ability to coordinate with PCPs, supervise trainees, and ensure HIPAA

Qualifications

• LCSW with current license and supervisory capabilities.
• At least two years of experience as licensed practitioner.
• Good speaking and writing skills in English and Spanish.
• CPR certification - current.
• FQHC experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of NextGen EHR/PMS and Microsoft Word/Excel.
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy, and case management.
• Coordinate care with PCPs to ensure integrated services.
• Supervise Patient Care Coordinators and trainees.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate EHR documentation.
• Assist in developing and updating policies and procedures as needed.
• Contribute to meetings/trainings and ongoing professional development.
