Job summary

You will help develop and update the Person-Centered Plan and deliver individual, group, or family counseling per program requirements. Eligible candidates hold a Master's degree in a human services field with NC licensure and clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a Human Services Field.
• Licensure in NC to practice a human service profession.
• Experience in the clinical area to be served.
• Experience with Medicaid and State requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and therapeutic services in various environments as assigned.
• Develop and update the Person-Centered Plan.
• Offer individual, group, or family counseling per program requirements.
• Submit documentation for all services per state guidelines and company policy.
• Provide input for Treatment Team Meetings.
• Maintain client communication and coordinate with staff on progress.
• Travel using personal vehicle with occasional overnight travel.
• Attend required trainings and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
