Job summary

Carolina Outreach, LLC is seeking a clinician to serve on the client’s treatment team, delivering individual, family, and group therapy and developing client-centered plans. You will document goals for medical records and collaborate with care teams to meet evidenced-based practices.

The role requires a Bachelor's in social work or psychology plus 2 years in behavioral health, NVCI certification, and a valid driver's license with insurance. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• At a minimum, a Bachelor's Degree in social work, or psychology and 2 years experience in the behavioral health field.
• Must become NVCI certified; receive training in population served, and client rights/confidentiality.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams as needed; participate in supervision if applicable.
