Job summary

Carolina Outreach, LLC is seeking a clinician to provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients in North Carolina. You will maintain clinical documentation and collaborate with care teams to implement evidence-based interventions.

The role includes participation in supervision and family team meetings as needed. The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in social work or psychology, 2+ years in behavioral health, NVCI certification, and a valid driver's license with auto insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or psychology required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in behavioral health.
• NVCI certification and population served training required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams and participate in supervision as applicable.
• Participate in child and family team meetings and supervision.
• Develop and monitor crisis plans and transition plans for clients.
