Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.
• Active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) in Indiana.
• 2+ years of professional experience post master’s degree.
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy to individuals and families.
• Experience with computers for professional communication and medical documentation (Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide treatment using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based methods.
• Track treatment response and monitor symptoms and side effects.
• Maintain EMR and clinical documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Contribute to patient growth with online directory profiles and marketing.
