Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.
• Active, unrestricted Indiana license (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC).
• 2+ years post-master's experience delivering behavioral health services.
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy to individuals and families.
• Experience using Excel, Outlook, and EHRs such as Athena RMS.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders.
• Provide treatment for mental health conditions using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based approaches.
• Systematically track treatment response and monitor changes in symptoms and side effects.
• Maintain up-to-date EMR and clinical documentation complying with regulations.
• Contribute to patient growth strategy via online profiles and marketing efforts.
