Candidates will hold a Master’s degree in psychology or related field with an active Indiana license (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) and at least two years of post-master’s experience delivering psychotherapy, including CBT

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
• Must hold an active, unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) in Indiana
• 2+ years of professional post-master’s experience providing behavioral health services
• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy to individuals and families

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance use disorders
• Provide treatment using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based approaches
• Track treatment response and monitor symptoms and side effects
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure regulatory compliance
• Contribute to patient growth through online profile updates and marketing efforts
