Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related counseling field.
• Clear, active and unrestricted license in Indiana (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC).

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based approaches.
• Systematically track treatment response and monitor symptoms and side effects.
• Maintain EMR documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to online profiles and marketing efforts to support patient growth.
