Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.
• Active, unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) in Indiana.
• 2+ years of post-master’s professional behavioral health experience.
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Experience with computers for professional communication and medical documentation (Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS or similar EHRs).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide treatment for mental health conditions using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based methods.
• Systematically track treatment response and monitor symptoms and side effects.
• Maintain accurate EMRs and clinical documentation per regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to patient growth by providing profiles for online directories and marketing.
