Primary responsibilities include screening and treating mental health and substance use disorders, maintaining EMR documentation, and supporting patient growth initiatives. Must hold an Indiana license and a master's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related counseling field.
• Active and unrestricted state license (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide treatment using CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based methods.
• Track treatment response and monitor symptoms and side effects.
• Maintain EMR and regulatory-compliant documentation.
• Contribute to online directories and marketing efforts for patient growth.
