The role emphasizes evidence-based care (CBT, DBT and related methods), timely charting, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. You will contribute to online profiles and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related counseling field.
• Clear, active and unrestricted license LICSW, LMHC, LMFT in Massachusetts.
• Prefer 2+ years of professional behavioral health experience.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders.
• Provide treatment for mental health conditions using CBT, DBT and other evidence-based methods.
• Systematically track treatment response and monitor clinical symptoms and side effects.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and regulatory-compliant documentation.
• Support online growth by providing profiles for directories and marketing efforts.
