Job summary

Life Changes Group, part of the Optum family, seeks a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our Brookline, MA team. You will assess and treat a range of mental health conditions, applying CBT, DBT, and evidence-based methods, while maintaining EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.
• Must hold an active and unrestricted MA license (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT).
• 2+ years post-master's experience providing behavioral health services.
• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy to individuals and families.
• Experience with professional communication and medical documentation (Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS or similar).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide treatment for mental health conditions using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based methods.
• Systematically track treatment response and monitor symptoms and side effects.
• Maintain up-to-date EMR and clinical documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Support patient growth efforts through online profiles and marketing efforts.
