Job summary

Life Changes Group, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our Boston, MA team. You will screen and assess patients, provide evidence-based treatments such as CBT and DBT, and maintain compliant medical records.

You will contribute to patient growth through online profiles, and collaborate with a care team to deliver compassionate, high-quality behavioral health care. Flexible work models are available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Active MA license LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• Experience with behavioral health services preferred.
• Familiar with EHR systems (Athena RMS).

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide evidence-based treatment such as CBT and DBT.
• Monitor treatment response and track clinical symptoms.
• Maintain EMR and clinical documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Contribute to patient growth through online profiles and marketing efforts.
