Job summary

Crossnore Communities for Children seeks a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to lead the Intensive In-Home Family Foundations team in the NC Mountain Region. You will supervise staff, provide clinical expertise, and manage family caseloads with 24/7 crisis support as needed.

Hybrid role requiring local residency near Hendersonville, NC; travel within a 60-minute service area is required. Salary ranges from $55,000 to $68,000 with a $3,000 sign-on bonus, based on licensure and experience.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in a human services field.
• Licensed clinician (LCSW/LCMHC/LMFT) required.
• Minimum 2 years direct services with children/families.
• Supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Family Foundations Intensive In-Home team with clinical oversight.
• Provide therapy, assessments, and plan updates; maintain team meetings.
• Supervise staff, provide crisis intervention guidance, and ensure safety.
