Job summary

A Caring Alternative, LLC is a CARF-accredited provider offering behavioral health and substance use disorder services across multiple NC counties. We are seeking a Management-level Supervisory Team Lead in Marion, NC, with a master’s degree in a related field and licensure readiness.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or related field is required.
• Must be an Associate Licensed Professional (provisionally licensed).
• At least 1 year of experience with the child mental health population.
• Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs the day-to-day operations of the team, including scheduling staff for appropriate coverage.
• Supplies team members to assure delivery of best and ethical practices services.
• Provides individual therapy for individuals served by the team.
• Completes assessments as needed (e.g., BPRS, DLA 20, CANS).
• Upon referral, complete CCA addendums.
