A Caring Alternative, LLC is a well-established care agency serving Western North Carolina. We seek a Supervisory Team Lead in Marion, NC to oversee clinical teams, provide direct therapy, and manage daily operations with a focus on quality care and ethical practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or related field.
• Associate Licensed Professional (provisional licensure) required.
• At least 1 year experience with the child mental health population.

Responsibilities

• Supervises team members to assure the delivery of best and ethical practices services.
• Directs the day-to-day operations of the team including scheduling staff work hours to assure appropriate coverage.
• Provides individual therapy for individuals served by the team.
• Complete assessments as needed including but not limited to BPRS, DLA 20, and CANS.
• Upon referring individuals out of services complete CCA addendums.
