Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced LICSW / LCSW to provide high-quality clinical services for our partner clients. You’ll conduct assessments, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning while managing a diverse caseload.

You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, leverage modern technology and EHR tools, and ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and documentation standards for a tech-forward, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Active LICSW or LCSW license in relevant state.
• LCSW/LICSW in good standing with state board.
• Supervision certification preferred (where applicable).
• Trauma-informed care or CBT/DBT training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations for diverse client populations.
• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans and measurable goals.
• Deliver crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic health records in line with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, primary care, community resources, and other providers.
• Educate clients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, and community supports.
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards, HIPAA, and state/federal regulations.
• Use Jobot’s technology platforms to manage caseload efficiently and support outcome tracking.
