Qualifications

Active LPC or LCSW license in the relevant state.
Supervision certification preferred (where applicable).
Trauma-informed care training preferred.
Continuing education in counseling or clinical social work.

Responsibilities

Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and DSM-5 diagnostic evaluations.
Provide individual and group therapy to a diverse client population.
Develop, implement, and adjust evidence-based treatment plans.
Document all clinical services accurately in EHR systems and maintain compliance.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers and community resources.
Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as needed.
Monitor client progress and outcomes, adjusting interventions accordingly.
Maintain ethical and legal standards, including confidentiality and informed consent.
