• Active LPC or LCSW license in the relevant state.
• Supervision certification preferred (where applicable).
• Trauma-informed care training preferred.
• Continuing education in counseling or clinical social work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and DSM-5 diagnostic evaluations.
• Provide individual and group therapy to a diverse client population.
• Develop, implement, and adjust evidence-based treatment plans.
• Document all clinical services accurately in EHR systems and maintain compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers and community resources.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as needed.
