Job summary

Premise Health in Columbus, OH, is seeking a Full Time Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional to provide in-person care to adult employees at our Health Center. The role features a 38-hour work week (Mon-Thu, 8am-5pm) with opportunities for professional development.

You will deliver individual, group, and family counseling, utilize evidence-based therapies, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support meaningful outcomes for our members.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or equivalent.
• Licensed as a mental health clinician per state requirements (examples: LCSW, LPC, LPCC, LMHC, LMFT, LPCMH, LPCC, LCPC).
• Must have CAMS (care) certification within 12 months of hire.
• 4+ years of experience in the field or related area.
• Experience in behavioral health treatment including depression, mood disorders, addiction, family counseling, grief, etc.

Responsibilities

• Use a strengths-based approach to support patient well-being.
• Provide psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, or families.
• Help patients gain insight, set goals, and plan actions for personal and social development.
• Identify and diagnose psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues using assessments and records.
• Apply evidence-based interventions within scope of practice (CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, Written Exposure Therapy, CAMS).
• Counsel patients on stress, substance abuse, and family issues to modify or improve behavior.
• Collaborate with patients on treatment goals and outcomes.
• Participate in clinical care team activities (consultation, case management, care coordination, referrals).
• Enter data into patient charts to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

As a Full Time Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional, you'll provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in Columbus, OH. The scheduled hours are 38 per week, Monday - Thursday, 8am-5pm. Epic experience is a plus.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

• Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or equivalent field of study.
• Licensed as a mental health clinicians as per state requirements: examples include Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
• LMSW is not accepted across states.
• For NY ONLY, LCSW, LMHC-D and LMFT-D are accepted.
• Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS - care) certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
• 4+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Must have prior counseling experience in the field of treatment of behavioral mental health including depression, mood disorders, alcoholism and drug dependency, family counseling, marital relationship, grief, loss, etc..
• Experience in crisis management, abuse reporting, and cultural competence to meet the diverse needs of the population served in a treatment setting.
• Experience identifying, preventing, and treating of suicidal behaviors.
• Experience with patient referral management and knowledge of available referral resources.
• Previous clinical experiences in integrated behavioral health settings are preferred.

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $83,782.40 - $104,728.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
