Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional to support Kwik Trip employees at the La Crosse Health Center, WI. You will provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and groups, using evidence-based therapies and a strengths-based approach to improve well-being.

You will diagnose, plan goals, coordinate care, and collaborate with a clinical care team while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or equivalent field.
• Licensed as per state requirements (LCSW, LPC, LPCC, LMHC, LMFT, LPCMH, LPCC, LCPC).
• CAMS certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
• 4+ years of experience in behavioral health
• Experience treating depression, mood disorders, and substance use
• Crisis management and cultural competence are essential
• Experience with patient referrals and integrated behavioral health

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, or families.
• Use strengths-based approaches to support patient well-being.
• Help patients set goals and plan actions for personal development.
• Obtain and interpret assessments to diagnose psychological issues.
• Apply evidence-based interventions such as CBT, CAMS, EMDR, and others.
• Enter data into patient charts and maintain records accurately.
• Collaborate with care teams and coordinate with referrals.
• Attend to crisis management and safety planning as needed.

As a Full Time Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional, you'll provide care to client employeesand their dependents ofKwik Tripin our Health Center located inLa Crosse, WI.

Schedule

• Schedule to be built during clinic hours
  • Will be required to work 1 late evening
• In-Person & Virtual Visits

What You’ll Do

• Use a strengths-based approach to support patient well-being.
• Provide psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, or families.
• Help patients gain insight, set goals, and plan actions for personal and social development.
• Identify and diagnose psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues using assessments and records.
• Apply evidence-based interventions within scope of practice, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Written Exposure Therapy, and CAMS - care certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
• Counsel patients on stress, substance abuse, and family issues to modify or improve behavior.
• Collaborate with patients on treatment goals and outcomes.
• Participate in clinical care team activities, including consultation, case management, care coordination, and referrals.
• Enters data into patient’s chart to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or equivalent field of study.
• Licensed as a mental health clinicians as per state requirements: examples include Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
• LMSW is not accepted across states.
• Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS - care) certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
• 4+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Must have prior counseling experience in the field of treatment of behavioral mental health including depression, mood disorders, alcoholism and drug dependency, family counseling, marital relationship, grief, loss, etc..
• Experience in crisis management, abuse reporting, and cultural competence to meet the diverse needs of the population served in a treatment setting.
• Experience identifying, preventing, and treating of suicidal behaviors.
• Experience with patient referral management and knowledge of available referral resources.
• Previous clinical experiences in integrated behavioral health settings are preferred.
