RHA Health Services, LLC in Burlington, NC is seeking a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist- Associate to join our clinical team. You will assess and treat co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, collaborate with psychiatry and community resources, and deliver individual, family, and group therapy.

Requirements include valid NC licensure (LCAS, LCAS-A, or CADC), at least two years of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to pass background checks and

Qualifications

• Must hold NC licensure to provide mental/behavioral healthcare (LCAS/LCAS-A/CADC).
• Minimum 2 years of experience serving individuals with mental/behavioral health issues.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Experience coordinating with interdisciplinary teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates closely with the interdisciplinary team to best help service users.
• Running individual, family and group outpatient therapy sessions.
• Developing person-centered plans with individuals.
• Oversee the discharge planning process.
• Facilitating relationships between patients' families/legal guardians and community resources.
• Excellent communicator and listener with strong therapeutic skills.
• Utilize behavioral interviewing techniques to uncover needs.
