Qualifications

• Must have MA certification or nursing license (RN/LPN) current.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in medical office.
• Minimum 2 years in clinical management.
• CPR certification required.
• Graduate of training facility for medical assistants, healthcare office management coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day clinic staff functions to ensure compliance, efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Establish and implement goals, policies, procedures, and systems for the clinical areas.
• Manage staff performance, including coaching and disciplinary actions for front office and clinical staff.
• Monitor and control clinical expenditures to remain within budget.
