• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and invoice processing.
• Lead preventative maintenance and capital improvement initiatives.
• Guide insurance program coordination.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and state/local regulations.
• Maintain accurate community records and online documentation.
• Provide emergency planning guidance.
• Lead and support on-site team members.
