GRS Management Associates Inc. is seeking a licensed Association Manager to drive operational excellence in a thriving community. You will lead board relations, supervise on-site teams, manage budgets, and coordinate vendor services to ensure seamless service delivery.

Competenze

• CAM experience preferred (not required)

Mansioni

• Coordinate and lead all community-related meetings
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Board and management company
• Oversee vendor services, contracts, and financial management
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and invoice processing
• Lead preventative maintenance and capital improvement initiatives
• Guide insurance program coordination
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and state/local regulations
• Maintain accurate community records and online documentation
• Provide emergency planning guidance
• Lead and support on-site team members
