Job summary

Leland Management is seeking a Portfolio Community Association Manager (CAM) to oversee multiple homeowners’ and condominium associations in the Tampa division. This full-time role will liaise with Boards, homeowners, and vendors to ensure professional, compliant management in line with governing documents and Florida statutes.

The CAM will handle board communications, financial oversight, inspections, and contract coordination, traveling between communities as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CAM license (where required)
• Experience in community association management or related property management
• Working knowledge of Florida HOA and condominium statutes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret governing documents, contracts, financial reports, and budgets
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, Zoom, and property management software
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Boards of Directors.
• Maintain professional, timely communication with Board members and homeowners.
• Prepare Board meeting agendas, management reports, and supporting materials.
• Attend Board, annual, budget, and other required association meetings.
• Coordinate maintenance with approved vendors and monitor contract compliance.
• Assist with budget development, financial reports, and delinquency monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents, Florida statutes, and company policies.
• Track records and maintain association documentation.
