Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in community association management.
• Knowledge of Florida Statutes governing condos and HOAs.
• Proficient with vendor management, budgeting, and administrative oversight.
• Experience with board governance and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned condominium or homeowners’ associations.
• Serve as primary liaison to Board Members and provide operational guidance.
• Coordinate and facilitate Board meetings, including agendas, reports, and follow-ups.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and maintenance personnel to ensure service quality.
• Enforce community rules, regulations, and governing documents.
• Supervise onsite staff and support operational workflows.
• Assist with budgeting, financial tracking, and administrative reporting.
• Respond to resident concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance community operations.
• Participating in ongoing training, meetings, and professional development activities.
