Job summary

Seacrest Southwest is seeking a licensed Community Association Manager to coordinate and manage all services for the association property and condominium property. The role reports to the Regional Director and requires strong communication with the board and residents.

Responsibilities include bidding, contract oversight, inspections, reports, and 24/7 on-call emergency consultation. You will attend board meetings, manage vendor relations, enforce rules, and maintain the association website.

Qualifications

• Organized with basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Review the property weekly and report findings to the Board.
• Obtain at least three bids for contracts over $500.
• Assist in preparing project specifications and verify licenses/insurance.
• Attend Board meetings and prepare weekly management reports.
• Ensure contract and insurance compliance and enforce Association rules.
• Maintain website and track architectural requests.
