Job summary

Associa seeks a Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) to manage a full portfolio of Connecticut communities. You will build relationships with Condo Boards, support governance, and ensure contractual obligations are met.

You will attend evening board meetings, prepare agendas, oversee budgets, and supervise staff across portfolio, while advocating high ethical standards and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Experience with Condominium Management is highly preferred; related experience is required.
• Ability to learn quickly, use a shared filing system and industry software.
• Function and thrive in a team-based environment.
• Organizational and planning skills: plan, organize, schedule and budget efficiently.
• Communication skills: respond professionally and timely.
• Must be diplomatic with clients and colleagues.
• Calm under pressure and able to handle stress.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft products.
• Willing to pursue CMCA licensing; company may pay licensing costs.
• Background check required for licensing.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with communities to aid the Board in duties and responsibilities.
• Attend Monthly Board meetings, typically in evening hours, and Annual, Budget and Special meetings.
• Create meeting agendas and board packages per portfolio schedule.
• Budget and Finance duties including budgets and expenditures oversight.
• Oversee development of bid specifications for contractors and work performed.
• Recommend professionals or contractors as needed.
• Available to on-call personnel for emergency maintenance items.
• Conduct regular site visits for portfolio; read and comprehend governing documents.
• Delegate tasks to office staff and collaborate on important matters.
