• Proven ability to prospect, present, and close listings and buyers.
• Willingness to follow team scripts and processes.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from Agent Launch program.
• Execute lead generation systems weekly.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting activities into appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice and team meetings.
• Commit to weekly coaching and trainings.
• Consult with sellers and convert to listings.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers.
• Track activities in team technology.
