Job summary

Place Network Agents in Raleigh, NC seeks licensed real estate agents to join a high-performing team. You’ll benefit from coaching, training, and a robust platform with PLACE technology to grow your business.

This commission-based role offers substantial earning potential ($75,000–$175,000 USD yearly) with revenue sharing, health insurance, profit sharing and vesting programs; active NC license required.

Qualifications

• An intrinsically motivated sales professional with rapport-building skills and solutions orientation.
• Excellent communication and growth mindset; organized and time-managed.
• Willing to learn scripts, dialogues and participate in coaching.

Responsibilities

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, weekly trainings and Partner Call.
• Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements and identify homes.
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of buyers.
• Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology.
