Job summary

EmpowerHome Team - Charlotte is seeking a motivated real estate sales buyer's agent to generate qualified leads and help close deals. You will assess buyer needs, nurture prospects, and guide clients through each stage of the transaction using CRM tools. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of buyer’s agent experience, is organized, client-focused, and capable of working full-time in a fast-paced market.

A valid U.S. driver’s license is required, and licensing is noted as SC.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a buyer's agent or real estate experience.
• Candidate should have a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current trends.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car.
• Established track record of successful real estate sales.

Responsibilities

• Arrange open houses to introduce clients to the local real estate market.
• Be the main contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale.
• Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction.
• Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by following up and adding them to the sales pipeline.
• Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with homes that fit their needs and budget.
• Guide homebuyers and sellers through every stage of the real estate transaction.
• Conduct buyer consultations and property tours.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up using CRM technology.
• Manage active clients, appointments, and transaction timelines.
• Host open houses and convert prospects into active buyers.
