Qualifications

• Active North Carolina real estate license or equivalent licensing requirements.
• Love working directly with homebuyers and helping them make confident decisions.
• Strong communication, trust-building, and responsiveness are essential.
• Willingness to follow proven systems and participate in coaching and training.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective homebuyers throughout Raleigh and surrounding Triangle area.
• Conduct buyer consultations and build committed client relationships.
• Understand buyers' motivation, goals, timeline, and financial needs.
• Help clients identify and evaluate properties and schedule/showings.
• Educate buyers about market conditions and the home-buying process.
• Prepare and negotiate offers and assist through inspections, appraisal, financing, and contract milestones.
