Job summary

Thrivent Financial is seeking an Advanced Brokerage Operations Professional (Remote) to support advisory operations for managed accounts. You will handle inquiries, process updates, and assist with rebalances while gaining expertise in SMA/UMA/APM products and related policies.

The role requires 1-2 years in financial services, and FINRA licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days). Strong communication, attention to detail, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in financial services or brokerage operations.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63/65 or 66 licenses required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational resource for managed account programs via phone, chat, and email.
• Process maintenance requests, updates, rebalances, and other operational activities.
• Develop expertise in managed account platforms and processes; document communications in Salesforce.
• Partner with Envestnet and vendors to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
• Generate and analyze reports to support operations and service delivery.
