Job summary

This on-site role blends service and sales support to promote insurance, membership and financial products.

Responsibilities include processing applications, renewals, and endorsements; answering availability and coverage questions; providing quotes and cross-sell opportunities; and handling payments

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current Property & Casualty Insurance license.
• Ability to qualify for and maintain state licenses and appointments.
• Complete Customer Service, Insurance, and Membership training within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer insurance inquiries and process sales and servicing tasks.
• Provide quotes, support referrals, and handle payments and renewals.
• Assist with community events and office support.
