Job summary

ERB Enrollment Solutions is seeking licensed Life & Health Insurance Agents to enroll employees for multiple accounts in San Francisco, CA. This is a high-volume, outside sales role with immediate production opportunities and a built-in stipend program.

You will conduct group presentations and one-on-one benefit consultations, educate employees on Life, Accident, Disability, and supplemental products, and guide enrollment using Employee Navigator while working onsite at client locations.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health Insurance License.
• 1 year preferred, but newly licensed agents encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
• Experience with public sector enrollments is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct group presentations and one-on-one benefit consultations (in-person and virtual).
• Educate employees on benefit options including Life, Accident, Disability, and supplemental products.
• Guide employees through the enrollment process using client systems and Employee Navigator.
• Clearly explain coverage options, eligibility, and policy details.
• Maintain accurate and complete records within the CRM system.
• Coordinate closely with Enrollment Outreach Representatives (EORs) to ensure efficient scheduling and high participation rates.
• Support post-enrollment follow-ups to address employee questions and resolve issues.
• Represent ERB professionally while working onsite at client locations.
