Job summary

Colonial Life in Greater Orlando is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent for a full-time, on-site role. You will educate individuals and employers about Colonial Life’s benefits, assess client needs, and recommend coverage solutions while guiding enrollment.

You will meet with clients, prepare applications, maintain ongoing relationships, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to support workplace benefits programs.

Qualifications

• Active state insurance license (or ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe) is required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet performance targets and manage a pipeline of leads and client accounts.
• Prior experience in insurance, employee benefits, or related financial services is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with basic office software and digital tools used for enrollment, CRM, and client communication.
